Atema boys in Morocco
In 2014, our oldest Atema boy - Ate - got married in Marrakech, Morocco. I had just graduated college and started working but my siblings ponied up some cash to send me to Morocco to represent the family. I knew I would get the chance to be with Jelle, Meg and Ate but it was a real delight to have Sven and Jurgen get last minute tickets. This was one of the first chances I had to spend time with my dad and brothers on an international trip. We stayed at an incredible hotel, ate amazing food and indulged in as much of the culture as we could possibly pack into a 2 day trip. I will always cherish this time we got together. My only regret was not bringing home the puppy we met in the desert!
